I focus on developing curricula across the core disciplines (Reading, Math, Writing, and Social Studies) that is, first and foremost, designed to develop students' awareness of themselves as learners, their ability to advocate for and challenge themselves, and is differentiated to meet a variety of student strengths and challenges.  

Explicit executive function instruction and practice is woven throughout all the curricula that I create. By teaching kids about the executive functions and how their own particular brain operates, practicing these skills through games, and then applying them in actual classroom lessons, we can help kids be successful in the world beyond the classroom!

In addition, I also strive to make all my curricula as equitable and inclusive of all identities - race, gender, religion, socioeconomic status, ability, and language to name just a few - and to put the goal of a more just world at the center of everything I do.
